In classic personnel leasing, the aim is to find the right specialist for a specific position and to cover the temporary need. However, we do not limit our activities to simply passing on suitable candidates. We either use our existing database or ready-made position profiles, which we then compare with incoming applications from candidates. We take care of the pre-selection of applicants by taking over the acquisition and recruitment of suitable applicants for our customers. We take the utmost care here. It is important to us to fully understand the wishes and needs of our customers in order to make the right selection for a short list. On the candidate side, it is important for us to get to know each candidate personally in order, firstly, to build a relationship and, secondly, to carry out a thorough competency-based assessment of all qualifications and knowledge. This work does not end after a successful staff leasing. We accompany our clients and candidates throughout the entire process and after the end of the employment relationship.
